Open Evening 2012

The Radclyffe School extends a welcome to our Open Evening 2012

On Wednesday 3rd October, The Radclyffe School is opening its doors (6pm-9pm) to welcome primary school children and their parents to an evening of insight into our world class school.

Headteacher, Mr Hayer will address visitors twice in the evening, at 6pm and 7.30pm to introduce the school, its values and standards of achievement, progress and ambition.

Visitors will be free to look around the school and its faculties, and will see mock CSI scenes, historical sets and racing car workshops; ‘hands-on’ activities and experiences embedded into the engaging and inspiring teaching approaches and resources across the school. Staff and students will be at hand to answer any questions and give their view on the school.

Café Mojo, the school dining area will also be accessible, with light refreshments and food tastings offered by the catering providers Taylor Shaw. The Virtual Teaching and Learning Environment team will be in Café Mojo to demonstrate the virtual dimension to the teaching and learning at The Radclyffe School. Staff from Oldham Council will also be present to answer questions or assist parents with any school application issues.
